Instructions for use
Desalinate the tomatoes for about 15 minutes in a solution of water and vinegar (65% water – 35% vinegar) and then let them drain.
Next, sprinkle them with a dash of oil, parsley, garlic, capers, and, for those who like it, a pinch of spicy chilli. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes and serve.
