200 gr. filleted tuna in olive oil
2 dessert spoons of breadcrumbs
1 dessert spoon of Parmesan cheese
salt to season
Tuna Loaf Recipe
Mix the tuna fish, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs and a little salt in the food mixer.
Place the mixture onto a sheet of oven paper and roll it out, then roll up the mixture, sealing the two ends.
Cook in boiling water for 30 minutes.
Remove from the saucepan, remove the oven paper and leave to cool.
Cut into slices and garnish with olive oil, fresh parsley and lemon.
