Tuna Anchovy Salad


500 gr. green beans
500 gr. potatoes
100 gr. fillets of anchovies in pure oil
300 gr. filleted tuna
6 gallette da marinai
2 tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
green olives
olive oil
vinegar to taste
salt to season.

Recipe Tuna and Anchovy Salad

Cook the potatoes and green beans separately; place the gallette on the serving dish and soften them with  olive oil and vinegar.

Slice the potatoes and the tomatoes, cover the gallett with a layer of potatoes, then add the  green beans, the sliced tomatoes, the Tuna in pieces, the anchovies and the olives.

Dress with vinaigrette  (olive oil, garlic, salt and a little vinegar) and serve at once.
