Squid Ink Spaghetti
400 gr. italian spaghetti
½ small jar of squid ink sauce (nero di seppia)
1 clove of garlic
5 or 6 six cherry tomatoes
1 small glass of white wine.
Spaghetti in Squid Ink Sauce Recipe
Fry the clove of crushed garlic in a little olive oil until golden.
Add the cherry tomatoes, the peperoncino and the white wine.
Add the squid ink sauce (nero di seppia) and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente, drain and mix in with the sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve at once.
