Spiralini Tuna and Olives
350 gr. Spiralini – Pasta
150 gr. Filleted Tuna in olive oil
100 gr. stoned black Olives
4 Ripe Tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
red Peperoncino to taste
Olive oil to taste
Recipe Pasta with Tuna and Olives
Put the garlic and peperoncino into a pan and fry in a little oil.
Add the tomatoes (chopped), season with salt and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the Delfino Battista Tonno (broken up into small pieces) and the Delfino olives; cook for a few minutes until the ingredients are well amalgamated.
Meanwhile, cook the Spiralini al dente, drain and place in the pan with the sauce.
Mix well, add the chopped parsley and serve hot.
