Spaghetti breadcrumbs, anchovies and walnuts
5 filleted anchovies
Recipe Spaghetti anchovies,pangrattato & walnuts
Cook the spaghetti.
Meanwhile, chop the anchovy filets and fry them in olive oil with a clove of crushed garlic and the two chopped walnuts for a few minutes.
Remove from heat and add enough breadcrumbs to cover the bottom of the pan and to absorb the olive oil.
Drain the spaghetti, and mix the pasta with the olive oil and breadcrumbs.
