Pepperoni and anchovies
Salted anchovies (or in pure olive oil) and fillets of peperoni in equal quantities
2 pepperoni (one yellow and one red)
peperoncino (chili peppers).
Fillets of Grilled Pepperoni and Anchovies Recipe
Wash and dry the pepperoni, place them in an oven dish and bake, turn frequently.
When the peperoni are cooked and their skins well toasted, peel them and separate them into 3 cm long fillets, removing the top and the seeds beforehand.
Prepare the dressing by chopping the parsley, the garlic, pinoli and freshly picked peperoncino piccante.
Place all the ingredients in a small dish, add olive oil and mix well.
Place a fillet of ”Cetara Salted Anchovies” (or in pure olive oil, if you prefer) on each pepperoni fillet and pour the dressing over them.
