12 slices of sandwich bread
60 gr. Bottarga Tuna
chopped parsley to taste
Croutons Tuna Bottarga Recipe
Slice the bottarga di tonno (Bottarga Tuna) very thinly.
Meanwhile, heat the slices of bread in a pre-heated oven for 2 minutes, spread them with plenty of butter and add a slice of bottarga.
Place the crostini (croutons) on a serving dish and before serving, add a squeeze of lemon and garnish with chopped parsley.
