200 gr. tomatoes
30 gr. olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 peperoncino
1 dessert spoon of capers
100 gr. Tuna Stuffed Olives
3 Fillets of Anchovies
1 dessert spoon of chopped parsley
6 slices of bread
salt to season

Recipe for bruschette piccanti

Heat the oil with the garlic and peperoncino for a few minutes. Add the tomatoes, the Delfino acciughe  and the capers, mix and cook for a further 15 mins.

Season with salt and spread onto the slices of bread (cut in half and toasted previously in the oven) finally, add the green olives stuffed with tuna fish.
